PT-114 INK
PT-114 series inks are for screen printing, which have good adhesive property for various kinds of polyester film and are excellent in characteristic of flexibility weather proof and gloss. This series has been developed for industrial printing such as very detailed fine picture-line printing and multi-colored printing.
CHARACTERISTIC AND COMPLETION
- Coating film does not become hard and has strong adhesive strength.
- Low odor and suitable for speed printing.
- Excellent in weather proof, anti-blocking and chemical resistance.
- Gloss finish of thermo plasticity and drying by evaporation.
MAIN USES
Printing on polyester film, polyester sticker and artificial unwoven cloth.
THE CODITION OF DILUTION
Adjust the viscosity adding the solvent for exclusive use about 5- 20% to the main agent PT-114
TIME FOR DRYING
Tack free time : approx. 30 min. at about 20°C
SURFACE DRYING TIME
80°C x approx. 50 sec. (hot air)
COMPLETE DRYING TIME
130°C x approx. 60 sec. (infrared rays)
THE CODITION OF PRINTING
The quantity of its use in case of printing with the screen 250 mesh : 30 - 40 m2/kg.

- Solvent No. 09 (quick-drying)
- Solvent No. 10 (standard)
- Solvent No. 11 (slow-drying)
NOTICE
- Please be sure to test adhesive strength of those inks before printing, because it may be different according to the quality of every film and plastic product.
- When PT-114 curing agent is added to PT - 114 main agent at the rate of 5% the adhesive strength and property of print film can be improved. But please note that the use of the inks is restricted by pot life.
