It had ever been considered as a difficult thing to produce the ink that have an excellent adhesive property on high elastic substrates like rubber.

TYPE OF INK

One–component Type, Solvent Evaporation Type

PROPERTY     

1. Excellent Adhesive property.
2. Superior Printing property.
3. Surpassing Resistance to contamination.
4. Fine Resistance to seawater.

USES     

1. Pre – Vulcanization Rubber products.
2. Foamed Chloroprene cloth.
3. Synthetic Leather.

DRYING CONDITION

1. Finger Touch Drying : Estimate 3 mins. at 35°C
2. Complete Drying : 24 hours at Room temperature
3. Heater Drying : Estimate 30 mins. at 60°C (Depend on Substrate)

DILUENT

1. Solvent No. 01 (very slow-dry)
2. Solvent No. 02 (slow-dry)
3. Solvent No. 03 (quick dry)
4. Solvent No. 04 (standard)
