TANAFORM NO.820

Binder is developed as a foaming binder for one spot textile printing on various kinds of textile especially knit.
If you use TANAFORM NO.820 Binder you can gain the foaming layer with stretch and unique

     - Application           :     Milky White Sticky Liquid
     - Main Ingredient     :    Polyacrylic Ester and a Compound of Particular Foaming  Substances
     - Ionic Property       :     Weakly anion
     - Foaming Rate        :     7 ~ 8 times

EXAMPLE OF PROCESS

  1. Print TANAFOAM NO.820 Binder.
  2. Pre – dry the substrate at 60 °C or below.
  3. Heat the substrate in order to give foaming treatment.

VISCOSITY ADJUSTMENT

If you would like to increase the viscosity please kindly add 0.1~1% of the thickener against the total volume.

NOTE

  1. Foaming temperature and time depend on other conditions (substrate, printing area, application quantity and so on)
  2. Foaming layer will be destroyed if you dry at high temperature for a long time.
  3. Some pigments have poor compatibility or shorten the pot life.
  4. Store this product in 40 °C or below and please kindly be careful to keep the product away from freezing or drying. (In case you freeze the product you will not be able to restore it any longer)
  5. If the ingredient of this product is separated during its storage, please kindly use the product after stirring it with homo mixer.
