Tanaka Company visited a water decal sticker factory to provide consultation

Recently, Mr. Supong, a representative from Tanaka Company, visited a water decal sticker factory to provide consultation on the usage of water decal prints in the screen printing process. He offered detailed advice on proper usage methods, as well as techniques for storing the printed items after printing. He emphasized the importance of tilting the printed items at an angle of approximately 75 degrees to prevent ink from sticking to the back of the sheet and to avoid peeling off from the paper. Mr. Supong also recommended the use of a suitable screen mesh number, stating that a mesh size of 120 threads/cm is ideal for printing with water decal inks to ensure high-quality and sharp prints.

A significant issue the water decal sticker factory is facing is that the water decal ink often peels off the printed items during the “cross-cut” process, which affects the product quality. To address this issue, Mr. Supong suggested testing the water decal inks from Tanaka Company, which are specially formulated to have excellent adhesion properties, to determine whether Tanaka’s products can resolve the peeling problem.

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to present our products and provide guidance to the water decal sticker factory,” said Mr. Supong. “We are confident that Tanaka’s high-quality water decal inks, along with proper usage and storage instructions, will help solve the problems the customers are experiencing and improve the quality of their products.”

Tanaka Company is committed to being a strong partner to its customers by offering products and technical services to meet all the needs of the printing industry, aiming to produce high-quality printed materials.
