TANAKA RUBBER

TANAKA RUBBER NO.660 Series are developed to print one point mark onto the knit garment. These are the epoch-making Water-Based Rubber Ink Series of solving all the problems such as “color dullness when the color printed onto the dark fabric” “inferior color tone and shade” or “film crack occurred on the elastic material”.

1. It has excellent printing property and is Non-Formalin Type Ink which is able to dry at the normal temperature.
2. Since this ink has elastic property as rubber the coated film ia very flexible elastic and excellent in color tone and shade.
3. It is good for rubbing fastness, washing fastness and dry cleaning resistance.
4. It has good opacity.
5. It has good adhesion to the materials.
6. It gives gloss looking to the printed surface.

• Printing Mesh : 60~100 mesh is most is most suitable.
• Cross-linking agent : Add 2~3% (in weight) “TANAKA RUBBER CROSS-LINKING AGENT” to this product in case the adhesive property and / or washing resistance are especially required.
• Baking Condition : Although it is able to dry at the normal temperature, all performance will be improved by baking at 130°C x 3 min

• In case of printing onto the white garment materials. (General Formulation).

In case of printing vivid colors onto the colored garment such as black and dark blue.
