ADF COATING

ADF Coating agent is a coating agent for gravure printing, which is made by special modification plastic material, having the reactive group to  maintain excellent adhesive property as molecule component. In case that, after coating ADF coating agent on the aluminium foil, the substance is dried at 120°C in 5 sec. or is left at room temperature in 24 hours, the polar group  included in molecules connects with the polar group of metal, and has strong adhesive property.          

Accordingly, if printed on the aluminum foil coated with ADF coating, it is possible to prevent the tackiness inferior or the peeling of printing ink.In addition, ADF coating agent has a membrane of excellent medicine-resisting property and is used especially for the packing needed acid-resisting and alkali-resisting property.
