DECAL PRINTING

There are 2 methods as follows

Method 1: ASTRO COAT TRANSPARENT

  • Primer print helps adhesion with Astro Medium or Astro Anchor Coat G. (abs type) using screen number 90 / cm
  • Print white foundation to make the color stand out with Astro White.Use screen number 90-100 / cm.
  • Print the color according to the pattern with Astro Ink. Use screen cloth No. 100-120 / cm.
  • Print the coat to coat the pattern with Astro Coat Transparent (peeling the surface) should use screen cloth No. 23-30 / cm.

Method 2. ASTRO FINE COAT N0.2

  • Primer print helps adhesion with Astro Medium or Astro Anchor Coat G. (abs type) using screen number 90 / cm.
  • Print white foundation to make the color stand out with Astro Ink. Use screen cloth number 90-100 / cm.
  • Print the coat to coat the pattern with Astro Fine Coat N0.2 (non-peeling). Screen number 23-30 / cm should be used.

Note

  • All coat printing requires screen fabric number 28 mesh / cm.
  • White primer and pattern printing Must use screen cloth No. 90-120 mez / cm.
  • The ink adheres to polyurethane and epoxy materials.

REAGENT CHARACTERISTICS

  • Density (SOLID CONTENT)          :  53 ± 2%
  • Viscosity (VISCOSITY)                :  2,000 ± 200 (mPa - s)
  • Mixed oil (DILUTING SOLVENT)   :  SOLVENT NO.29 (dry medium)

METHOD OF USE

  • Oil blending
    • If the reagent is produced when used, do not mix the oil. But if kept for a long time, the oil will evaporate to some extent Higher viscosity, mix oil not more than 10%.
  • Typing
    • Use fabric mold number 100 - 200 MESS / Inch (40 - 80 MESS / CM)
  • Drying
    • After typing ASTRO ADHESIVER 1, place it at room temperature for the skin to dry. After that, print the pattern with ASTRO INK model ink. For urgent work or large print volume, bake at 50 ° C for 10 minutes.
  • Peeling a water decal
    • Peel on glass (GLASS), ceramics (CARAMIC) and metal (bake) at 130 - 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
    • Peeling on the material Carbon fiber or Glass fiber

SUGGESTIONS

Products made from these two materials must be coated with a coating of acrylic (Acrylic), Epoxy (Epoxy) or poly urethane (Polyurenthane). To make the printed pattern firmly attached, should notify Manufacturers of the product to reduce the baking temperature in the process of coating with the above solution. Leaving only the skin drying Then peel the printed pattern onto the workpiece Then bake in the final baking according to the temperature specified by the coating manufacturer If following this suggestion the printed pattern will adhere very tightly.

NOTE
