ASTRO ADHESIVE 1

ASTRO ADHESIVE 1 is an AC agent for one liquid type of screen-printing. The enough dried coating enables the peeling of “Astro Coat EX-2” Therefore, it can be used as an AC agent for transcription. Superior adhesion can be provided by doing heat-treatment at 80°C in case of such as plastic and carbon fiber which heat-treatment at low temperature is required, and by doing heat-treatment at 130-180°C in case of such as glass or metal which heat-treatment at high temperature is possible.

• Solid content : 50±2%
• Viscosity : 2000±200(mPa ํs)
• Diluting solvent : exclusive solvent

• Dilution : Undiluted solution or 5-10 part dilution
• Printing : 200-250 Mesh

*Peeling : Enough drying of “ASTRO ADHESIVE 1” is necessary for printing of ASTRO COAT.

Normal temperature: More than half a day or Preheat: 50°C x 10 min.
Final heat-treatment: Low temperature treatment product: 80°C x 10 min.
High temperature treatment product: 130-180°C x 10 min.

Low temperature treatment (80°C): plastic, carbon fiber, etc.
High temperature treatment (130-180°C): glass, ceramics, metal product, etc.
