ASTRO SERIES INK
ASTRO Series ink is developed as the ink for ASTRO transfer system.
ASTRO series ink is applied to ceramics, various kinds of metal products and plastic products. The exceedingly excellent properties of ASTRO series have been highly regarded.
One component cross-linking type
- Excellent heart – resistance and chemical – resistance
- Good adhesion to ceramics and metal products
- Extremely glossy and smooth finished surface 180°C – 200°C x 10 – 30 min

NOTE
- ASTRO solvent and ASTRO compound are used in order to adjust the viscosity of ASTRO.
- When you use ASTRO INK, you should remove the impurities (moisture, oil, and so on) from the surface of materials.
- Keeping ASTRO INK in the high temperature place causes the rise of viscosity.
- In case the heating curing condition is low or too high, the adhesive property becomes inferior.
- Be sure to test ASTRO INK on your side before using it.
