MUG – 5700
* If you bake MUG-5300/5700W at the temperature over 220°C, the ability of coating agent will be lowered. So please pay attention to this point.

METHOD TO APPLY THE SUBLIMATION TRANSFER PRINTING SYSTEM
1. Coat MUG-5300/5700W on a MUG CUP and do heat curing with them.
* Heat curing condition; 220 C/ 10min. (These data is measured at our laboratory.)
2. Print the design with the sublimation ink by screen printing onto a heat transfer paper. (Note; The design should be printed on reversed condition.)
3. Put the printed surface of transfer paper on the MUG CUP, set it on a heat transfer device and do heat transfer the design onto the MUG CUP.
* Heat transfer temperatur; 200°C x 40 sec. Heat transfer pressure; Strong (These data is measured at our laboratory)
4. Take the MUG CUP out of the heat transfer device and peel the transfer paper gently within warm. That is the completion of printing.
