PP-X (NEW) SERIES INK

PP - X (NEW) SERIES INK

PP–X Ink is the screen printing ink of air-drying type which has good adhesion to treated Polyolefine and PP corrugated plastic materials, and has excellent printing property and gloss.

INK TYPE :

  • Air–Drying inks and low odor

USES :

  • Treated Poly Propylene

FEATURE :

  • Excellent adhesion to Polyolefine meterials.
  • Low odor and excellent gloss.
  • Excellent hardness of coating film after printing.

PRINTING CONDITION :

  • We recommend to use Polyester 200-300 meshes.

PRINTING :

  • In the case of using Polyester 300 meshes ; you can print 50-60 m2 with 1 kg. of the ink.

DILUENT :

  1. Solvent No. 25 (quick-drying)
  2. Solvent No. 41 (standard)
  3. Solvent No. 42 (slow-drying)

** Please use these solvent at the dilution ratio of 10~20% against the PP-X main agent.

DRYING CONDITIONS :

  • Room temperature 20 C x Approx. 30-40 min.

REMARK :    

As Polyolefine materials may differ in quality according to each maker or making lot, Please kindly be sure to effect the pre-test before printing.The adhesion ability of Polyolefine materials will be improved by effecting corona discharge treatment.
