SB-11 SERIES
Features :
SB-11 is the adhesive for 2 – component curing type of screen printing ink. This series has strong adhesive property to offset ink and PVC film. The printe surface looks mat in order to avoid blocking, but the surface turns teansparent after pressure adhesion.

- Solvent Composition : Cyclohexanone : 55 – 65%
Usage Composition :
- SB-11 100
- Hardener 10
- Diluent 10 / 120 ( por Life = Approximately 8 hous )
- Printing Condition 200-300 mesh (standard : 250 mesh)
- Drying Condition 40 º C x 30 minutes
Adhesive Strength : Por Life occurs right after you compound hardener and hardening of the printed matter goes no as the time passes. The below chart shows the change of adhesive strength with the leaving time untilpressing PVC film after printing. The adhsive strength suddenly declines from 30 N/10mm (30N) to 17N in 24 hours after printing. Accordingly we would recommend that you press PVC film within 10-15 hours (20N). The below chart shows the adhsive strength time change of UV offset ink printed on PVC sheet and PVC film.
