SK-108 SERIES INK

SK–108 is adhesive agent for laminate with strong adhesive power made from denatured polyurethane resin as a row material. Moreover, its tenaciousness and solvent-resistance are superior. SK-108 can be used as the adhesive agent for synthetic leather P.V.C polyester resin and etc.

Main ingredients : Denatured polyurethane resin
Viscosity : 6,000 to 8,000
Solid contents : 26 ± 2%
Curing type : One component curing type
Curing type : 60 kgf/cm2
Softening point : 120°C
Solvent to be used : SK–108 solvent

1. Solvent No.05 (quick-dry)
2. Solvent No.06 (standard)
3. Solvent No.07 (slow-dry)

1. Print SK–108 onto the material to be printed by screen printing or roll coat printed by screen printing or roll coat method.
2. After evaporating solvent, heat-press the laminate materials.
